Pinewood Estates was built in the early 2000’s specifically for Suffolk County’s senior population. 

For almost twenty years, we have earned our reputation as a friendly community with an emphasis on service.  Pinewood has a strong sense of community, which is fostered by all of the social activities centered in our clubhouse.  

Most of the people here are long-term residents, because the on-site management and maintenance staffs handle issues promptly, and with a smile.   

Pinewood is pet-friendly.  The apartments are nicely appointed and large.  All are cable-ready and come with washers and dryers for your maximum convenience.   Most agree that Pinewood is a great place to live, and an incredible value.
